Booking conditions and rules
Reservation payment policy
- 50% of the total booking amount must be paid at the time of booking.
- The remaining amount will be paid 15 days prior to arrival.
Reservation cancellation policy
- 100% of payments made are refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date or earlier.
- No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled after, i.e., 29 days or less before arrival.
- For companies whose business involves reselling accommodation, free cancellation does not apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the risk of a booking being cancelled at the last minute because the organiser was unable to sell enough places or fill the group.
Reservation deposit
- A refundable deposit of €300 is required.
For groups of more than 16 people
- The rate has a base price for up to 15 people and a supplement of €40 for each additional person per night, which is already included in the rates shown on www.villahuerta.com.
- For groups of more than 16 people, please check with the owner before booking, as direct bookings only allow 16 guests. The extra guest surcharge must be paid based on the maximum number of guests staying at the villa during the reservation and applies to all nights of the stay, even if fewer guests spend the night on some days.
About renting for celebrations
- No noisy celebrations of any kind are allowed, and no music equipment other than the speaker available in the villa can be used.
- If the reason for the rental is to hold any type of event, the host must be notified before making the reservation and their express authorization obtained.
- Rentals are not permitted to groups that do not include at least one person over the age of 25.
